Did Kareena choose career over Saif?

Looks like Kareena Kapoor's career does take front stage on her life, even when pitted against her wedding plans.

The actress, who currently enjoys rank 1 among her peers in the Bollywood scale of popularity, fees and films, may have wagered her wedding plans for her career ones. Known to be aggressively competitive, Kareena has delayed her wedding with beau Saif Ali Khan from its much-hyped October 16 date to fit in her career plans. The move may have been in order to get back into the race to bag the female lead for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Ram Leela. While the lead actor has been conformed as Ranveer Singh, the lead actress' part is being juggled between Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra and Bebo.

“Apparently she told Saif that she wanted to be part of the film and that could happen only if they delayed the wedding,” says a source. Saif has been reluctantly supportive so far, but those close to him have hinted that if Bebo can ask for the sake of one film, she might ask for another- delaying the wedding indefinitely.

Whatever be the case, or the date, this wedding looks like it'll be bagging a lot of attention before it even happens!
