Daredevil Devgn to straddle on a pair of horses

Daredevil Devgn to straddle on a pair of horses

Bollywood actors are known for their acting and also for their signature struts. Shah Rukh Khan is known for opening his arms wide with one of his legs half bent, Rajinikanth for flipping his sunglasses, Salman Khan for removing his shirt at the drop a hat and Ajay Devgn for straddling on two moving vehicles. While we have seen a lot of people imitate most of the actors mentioned here, the one that has never been imitated is Devgn’s solid stunt. In his debut film Phool Aur Kaante, Ajay Devgn made an entry with his legs split on two bikes. In Golmaal, he repeated his stunt, but this time he was standing erect with a foot on each of the bikes. In Golmaal Returns he made a stylish entry in the same manner on two hummers and in Golmaal 3, he straddled on two colourful tilted cars. And now, for Ashwini Dhir’s Son Of Sardar, the actor has decided to redo his famous act, this time with two lively horses.

It’s learnt that the horses which will be part of the scene have already been finalized and are from Patiala where the shoot will happen. A big ground has already been booked for the sequence. The horses are being trained there. And the actor too is training with them.

It is not only Ajay and the horses who are working hard for the scene, but also the film’s team who needs to find out ways in which the scene can be shot without using safety harnesses. The team has another task of figuring out how they would work so as the animals do not get scared and injure the actor in return.

The scene will be directed by Jai Singh, who had been an associate of the actor’s father Veeru Devgan. He had also been the action director for all Rohit Shetty films including Golmaal, Singham, Golmaal 3 etc.

Not only is Ajay trying to do justice to the scene, but he is also trying to befriend the two horses as they are living beings and have a mind of their own. So it will be important for Ajay to have a good connection with the horses so that the scene goes as required.

We hope that the horses behave well and Ajay pulls off a great shot!
