Beti B finally has a name

The wait is over... Beti B finally has a name! Since almost four months, the world has been awaiting a name for the newest Bachchan member. After a lot of speculations and rumours, it is learnt that she is named as Aaradhya Bachchan.

Speculations were rife about Bollywood's first family earning big bucks by revealing the name through leading international magazines, and also about them introducing the baby to the world through Oprah Winfrey’s show. But, the family refrained from earning moolah and publicity through such means. They maintained that they wouldn't do anything that would lower their dignity, or try to earn a penny at the cost of the little one. In fact, they didn’t want to create a hullabaloo over the declaration of the name. Hence, they discreetly registered the name two days ago.

She was christened 'Beti B' in the media for lack of a better name, and now that's a moniker that will stay with her for life.
