Good-will, when it comes to those who society looks up to, can be spread far and wide in the nation. With Bollywood being such an influential industry in the minds of Indians, it's great to see film stars do their bit to give back to the society that loves you so much.
We already know of Aamir Khan's move. With Satyameva Jayate shedding light on the known and lesser-known troubles of the people in the country, there's been a 12-week old wave of awareness and empathy rising through the country. Twitter is abuzz with the topic every Sunday, and the effectiveness of the actor's involvement with social causes has also led to him to gaining the audience of the Prime Minister of India, to tackle the issue of human scavenging, with effective results.

However, the goodwill hasn't stopped there. Ajay Devgn has been involved with public service too, even if it isn't being telecast on national TV. The Bol Bachchan actor has ventured into a business deal with the government for setting up a solar power-plant in Charanka, Gujarat. The plant is of 25 megawatt capacity in Charanka, Gujarat, and with an investment of of approximately Rs 5000 crore, the actor aims for a generation target of 500 MW. The business deal is a three way tie-up between Ajay Devgn, Kumar Mangat and Ramakant Tibre of Roha group. Ajay Devgn aims to reach generation target of about 500 MW arising out of investment of Rs. 5000 crore.

With involvement of such gigantic proportions to better society, we do hope that stars use their heroic image to the best of their ability.
