Anurag Kashyap's Gangs of Wasseypur has taken every place by storm!
While the crew's been enthusiastically promoting the film all this time, the music launch of this promising blockbuster was yet another fun event that the makes were part of. With a jeep that had the stars as the crux of the event, with everyone dressed in local north-Indian apparel, the launch of this movie was on the road, on wheels. The 'yatra' of sorts went on the road last evening at Mumbai's popular Bandstand area in Bandra. A beaming Anurag Kashyap elaborates on the musical aspect of the film- "The music is rustic. There are around 25 songs in the music album which I'm sure people will love."
So how was the experience at the renowned Cannes Film Festival, we wonder. "It was a fantabulous experience. One and all there enjoyed the film despite being so desi in tone," says the producer-director.
There's no stopping this man from making movies that audiences love and expanding the boundaries of Bollywood's story-telling!
