Lara Dutta is one of the fittest ladies
out there. The actress has been practicing yoga for over 12 years and
continued to do so through her pregnancy, she
didn’t feel the need to stop with her daily exercise. But she
understood that as her body was undergoing, the
routine needed to be modified to a specific prenatal routine. She has taken a break and said that she
will definitely come back.
Prenatal yoga focuses on Asanas and
positions that help create more space within the womb for the baby.
It also helps beat lethargy and keeps mood swings in check. According
to the former Miss World the routine will benefit both the mother and
